FORGIVENESS

Image
FORGIVENESS We don't choose our family, our parents, our childhood. And most probably, people that were once our role models, aren't our heroes anymore. We realize they are also flawed human beings, just like us. The damage can never be undone but still we all have a gift of choice. A choice to move on. If the past is dragging you down so much, just have a reality check that no matter how badly you want, you won't change the past. It cannot be altered. Only your attitude can be changed. So, take that bold step and move on! Forgive yourself. Forgive them.   “Forgiveness is the fragrance that the violet sheds on the heel that has crushed it.” ―  Mark Twain   If you want to move on, you have to let go of all that's holding you back, all those emotions of hurt. Because all the emotions that we suppressed, it's still stored in our body. And it will show up again and again until it's fully processed properly. It's all uncon

GRATITUDE🌸

Image
The art of gratitude is the most beautiful skill one can have. The appreciation for all things, big or small, the thankful heart for just living in this very big universe. Gratitude can change your perspective of the world. Your vibration decides your reality. According to the scale of consciousness proposed by David Hawkins, Gratitude comes in the higher vibration. If you are constantly negative, you will constantly attract negative experiences. If you vibrate at higher level, you are going to  attract the experiences aligned with your vibration.                                                Thoughts create your reality. According to the mirror principle of reality, whatever you will focus on, you are going to attract. Whatever you will present to this reality mirror, you are going to attract the same situations and experiences. Think of it as, every time you are thinking feelingly, the universe says, As You Wish . And that is the reason why gratitude can literally change y

SHADOW WORK

Image
SHADOW WORK   Shadow work is a transformative psychological practice that delves into the unconscious parts of our personality—those aspects we consciously or unconsciously choose to reject or ignore. These hidden facets, known as our shadow selves, often harbor qualities that we’ve been taught to deem as negative or undesirable. Definition of the Shadow: The Swiss psychologist Carl Jung described the shadow as the repressed parts of ourselves—the aspects we find unpleasant or cannot tolerate acknowledging. It consists of traits that contradict the characteristics we like and want to be recognized for. When our shadow sides emerge, we tend to avoid acknowledging them at all costs. We may also react negatively when we see others expressing these same shadow traits, as we don’t want to be associated with them . What Is Shadow Work? Shadow work involves the integration of who we consciously are with the parts of ourselves that we repress. It’s about

SELF ACCEPTANCE Self-Acceptance   can truly heal your soul. It's not just about accepting the positive attributes but also the negative ones, your flaws too. Accepting, all of you. Not being embarrassed about who you are, but actually being proud of yourself and knowing your worth. Most of the times, we are still blaming ourselves for the mistakes that we did a long time ago. But do mistakes really define us? We are not our mistakes. We are who we are even we took some choices that didn't aligned with our values. Mistakes teaches us, it mirrors backs the parts of us that we can change and align with our highest version of self. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUES  Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) involves tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on a particular issue or emotion. The idea is to release energy blockages and promote a balance in the body's energy system. It is often used as a self-help tool for managing emotional distress, reducing anxiety, and addressing various psychological issues. Here's a brief guide on how to practice EFT: Identify the Issue:  Determine the specific emotion, thought, or issue you want to address. Setup Statement:  Create a setup statement that acknowledges the issue and includes an acceptance phrase. For example: "Even though I feel [state the issue], I deeply and completely accept myself." Tapping Sequence:  Use your fingertips to tap on specific meridian points, including the top of the head, eyebrows, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, chin, collarbone, and under the arm, while repeating the setup state

BREATHWORK

BREATHWORK Breathwork includes conscious breathing practices to raise our sense of awareness. It reduces anxiety, stress and any form of blocked energy in your system. Meditation is about focusing on the mind, the thoughts and the mental chatters but Breathwork teaches us how to disconnect from our mind and connect to our breath. Breathing consciously can immediately connect you to the present moment. And presence is the real pathway for healing.  For anyone who struggles from anxiety and chronic stress, it's really essential for them to be aware of their negative thought patterns because negative thoughts, one after another creates these negative feelings and these negative feelings causes negative behaviors. It's a negative loop and we often get stuck in this pattern. In order to break free, the first step is awareness. Breathwork can really help us in becoming conscious and aware of our own self. And as it is often said, the awarenes

MEDITATION   Meditation is an ancient mindfulness  practice. It is a self-awareness  tool used to gain clarity and emotional calm. In this fast-paced  world, meditation can help us in being connected to ourselves. Most of the time, our focus is on the outside, the external. We almost forget that there is also an inner world inside us. We are merely addition of all our thoughts, feelings, perceptions and the conclusions that we draw from our outside world. If we never pause and re-evaluate our belief system, we will always be controlled by an invisible force constituting  our fears, anxieties and self-sabotage . And that is the reason why meditation is so essential if we want to break free of our limiting mind. Research has shown it can reduce stress and can overall improve our quality of life. I know it's over hyped but it's still an underrated practice. So, if you want to start your journey of meditation, get ready for your life to be changed because it definitely will. S

Healing The Self🌟

Image
Riding in the waves of life's ocean, all the highs and the lows, we somehow forget the self. The self-that's carrying the never expected expectations and the heart that has been hurt enough to never feel again. The soul that is carrying the forgotten dreams, lullabies and the ache to set our spirit free.  WHO IS THE SELF? According to Wikipedia, the self is the relationship of an individual's own being, knowledge and values. Well, the Self is all that you are in this moment, your Physical Body, Your Soul behind this physical vessel, The Mind which is just a small spark of god's manifestation magic. All this constitutes the Self. HOW TO HEAL THE SELF? We all have the power to heal ourselves. Healing doesn't mean changing yourself. Even the moon has scars but it's light shimmers the whole night sky. Healing the self includes healing the mind, healing the body and healing the soul.
