Self-Acceptance can truly heal your soul. It's not just about accepting the positive attributes but also the negative ones, your flaws too. Accepting, all of you. Not being embarrassed about who you are, but actually being proud of yourself and knowing your worth. Deciding your worth not only by what you can or what you can't do but because you are a human being, and you are so worthy no matter what! 


Accepting your values, preferences, resources, feelings, intuitions, and actions—both past and present.
Most of the times, we are still blaming ourselves for the mistakes that we did a long time ago. But do mistakes really define us? We are not our mistakes. We are who we are even we took some choices that didn't aligned with our values. Mistakes teaches us, it mirrors backs the parts of us that we can change and align with our highest version of self. Own your mistakes too, own your values. Own what you believe and own yourself. Even if your parents or your elders or your teachers don't agree, they are not you and only you can know what's the best for you.  

Have a good look at yourself in the mirror!



Who are you? You are the story that you tell yourself. Self-acceptance also requires self-introspection. What is the story that you are telling yourself? Is it empowering or it's just bringing you down? These are the questions that you have to ask yourself. Most of us deal with inner conflict, trauma and negative self-talk. Unless you become aware of it, it will keep running your whole life and you will call it fate! If you disown parts of yourself just to be accepted by the society or a specific person, you will definitely experience negative life experiences. You have to own your whole self. You were whole when you were born. You were not unworthy then and you are not unworthy now. You have just forgotten how to love yourself. True power lies in acceptance. From pain to power, and that's our journey.
