FORGIVENESS

Image
FORGIVENESS We don't choose our family, our parents, our childhood. And most probably, people that were once our role models, aren't our heroes anymore. We realize they are also flawed human beings, just like us. The damage can never be undone but still we all have a gift of choice. A choice to move on. If the past is dragging you down so much, just have a reality check that no matter how badly you want, you won't change the past. It cannot be altered. Only your attitude can be changed. So, take that bold step and move on! Forgive yourself. Forgive them.   “Forgiveness is the fragrance that the violet sheds on the heel that has crushed it.” ―  Mark Twain   If you want to move on, you have to let go of all that's holding you back, all those emotions of hurt. Because all the emotions that we suppressed, it's still stored in our body. And it will show up again and again until it's fully processed properly. It's all uncon

GRATITUDE🌸

Image
The art of gratitude is the most beautiful skill one can have. The appreciation for all things, big or small, the thankful heart for just living in this very big universe. Gratitude can change your perspective of the world. Your vibration decides your reality. According to the scale of consciousness proposed by David Hawkins, Gratitude comes in the higher vibration. If you are constantly negative, you will constantly attract negative experiences. If you vibrate at higher level, you are going to  attract the experiences aligned with your vibration.                                                Thoughts create your reality. According to the mirror principle of reality, whatever you will focus on, you are going to attract. Whatever you will present to this reality mirror, you are going to attract the same situations and experiences. Think of it as, every time you are thinking feelingly, the universe says, As You Wish . And that is the reason why gratitude can literally change y

SHADOW WORK

SHADOW WORK   Shadow work is a transformative psychological practice that delves into the unconscious parts of our personality—those aspects we consciously or unconsciously choose to reject or ignore. These hidden facets, known as our shadow selves, often harbor qualities that we’ve been taught to deem as negative or undesirable. Definition of the Shadow: The Swiss psychologist Carl Jung described the shadow as the repressed parts of ourselves—the aspects we find unpleasant or cannot tolerate acknowledging. It consists of traits that contradict the characteristics we like and want to be recognized for. When our shadow sides emerge, we tend to avoid acknowledging them at all costs. We may also react negatively when we see others expressing these same shadow traits, as we don’t want to be associated with them . What Is Shadow Work? Shadow work involves the integration of who we consciously are with the parts of ourselves that we repress. It’s about
